Do I need a developer?: Not to explore or preview. Going live takes one script tag, once. The panel can send it to whoever deploys your site.
Can it break my site?: No. A preview lives in your browser and disappears on reload. Nothing reaches a visitor until you start the test.
What happens to my data?: Pages are summarised in your browser. Passwords, payment fields and customer details never leave it. Nothing is used to train models.
When is a test finished?: After a full week, enough traffic on both sides, and odds that have settled.
